Vincent Lai has over 20 years of experience in ecological consultancy.  He earned his Master of Philosophy in Coastal Ecology from the University of Hong Kong in 1996 and joined Ecosystems Limited in 1999.  He has broad academic and practical experience with ecology, nature conservation, and fisheries studies, particularly of the Hong Kong area.  He has participated and led the ecological impact assessment for a number of infrastructure projects including Tung Chung New Town Extension, Hong Kong Link Road and Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities for Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Cross Bay Link, Shenzhen Western Corridor, etc.
