The first Eco-garden with water feature in estates managed by Housing Authority.

The design theme is simulation of the structure of a natural stream, to echo the old Lung Chun River (龍津河), with upstream, midstream, downstream sections and the receiving water body. Planting of suitable vegetation could attract fauna (e.g. birds and butterflies) from nearby parks and achieve urban biodiversity. It also provides a conservation education centre to the 5 neighbouring schools
