Ecologist

Jeffery graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong on B. Sc. Degree in Natural Science. He also earned a M. Sc. degree in Environmental Management from the University of Hong Kong.

After his graduation, Jeffery involved several local monitoring programmes on corals, reef fishes and seaweeds. He also participated the development of local underwater habitat mapping protocol, the project granted a gold medals in Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions.
